TODD MARHSALL
Todd Marshall is a founding principal and President of Stow-A-Way Management Company, spanning 30+ years of real estate investment, development, and ownership experience. Mr. Marshall conceived and implemented the business model for the development of multiple investment-grade self-storage assets located in Florida markets. He created the Stow-A-Way Storage® brand and unified the marketing programs for consumer awareness across multiple storage properties in tandem with self-storage development. Mr. Marshall formed an investor relations arm within the Stow-A-Way Storage corporate structure to manage equity raising operations and to closely advise and communicate with private investor groups and individuals. In 2012, Mr. Marshall formed Main Street Residential™ as a private equity investment platform focused on acquiring value-add multifamily properties in the southeast U.S. The Main StreetResidential team, guided by Mr. Marshall and partners, successfully built a portfolio of properties based on acquiring, renovating, and managing all operations in-house via Main Street Residential entities. In 2023, the concept for Auto Clubhouse was formed by Mr. Marshall and his partners as a private equity platform to develop small bay garage condominiums and specialized rental environments for collector cars and high-end collectables. Mr. Marshall's experience includes solid knowledge in commercial land zoning/entitlement processes, development, construction, re-development, renovations, and property management. He is also well versed in market trend research, analysis, and investment within institutional grade property categories including self-storage, multifamily, industrial, and commercial projects. Mr. Marshall has successfully taken on multiple roles as developer, general partner and/or managing member in numerous and varied private equity and public/REIT investment projects. Mr. Marshall is a native Floridian and a graduate of the University of Florida. He resides with his family in Palm Beach County.

Under his stewardship, CITY Furniture emerged as one of the fastest-growing retailers in the United States. Andy's entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his success with founding and scaling companies such as Source Talent, recognized by Inc. Magazine as the fastest-growing talent platform in the US, CornerStory, an innovative unlimited design subscription model, Atlis, a predictive sports analytics firm, and Stand4, a technology platform dedicated to social good. His broad experience across sectors, from retail and technology to design and analytics, equips him with the unique insights and strategic vision necessary to propel Auto Clubhouse into the market. Theresa (Terry) Tucker, has a strong background in business management, finance, and residential acquisitions. With a foundation in Business Management from Rowan College of Burlington County, New Jersey, Terry has spent over 12 years making her mark at Main Street Residential™ while simultaneously serving as a vital asset at Stow-A-Way Storage®.
Terry's role at Main Street Residential™ began as a full-charge bookkeeper, where she quickly proved herself indispensable. Over the years, she has risen through the ranks to become the Acquisitions Manager, showcasing her leadership and strategic vision while keeping a focus on the overall organization.
Her role at Main Street Residential™ is multifaceted. From managing day-to-day operations to assisting with strategic decisions related to property assets, project renovations, construction and in working with Private equity investors in tending with their needs and communicating with them on very high level. Terry's expertise and dedication are unparalleled across many facets of Main Street.
At Stow-A-Way Storage®, Terry's strong financial acumen and managerial prowess have been instrumental in driving the organization forward. As the Accounting and Administration Manager, she handles all accounting operations, from accounts receivable and payables to payroll transactions and tax reporting. She is instrumental in financial analysis, expertly preparing monthly balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements on behalf of the company and its private equity investors.
With 18 years of banking, including roles in Human Resources, Commercial Lending, and Branch Management, Terry brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Her tenure at Sun National Bank in Vineland, New Jersey saw her rise from Customer Service Representative to Branch Manager, showcasing her dedication and leadership abilities.
As a Regional Operations Specialist, Terry's impact was felt across eight branches, where she spearheaded policy implementation and facilitated seamless transitions during branch acquisitions. Her knack for staff training and smooth operational execution ensured that changes were met with ease and efficiency.
Terry's diverse background also includes stints in office management, where she honed her skills in Human Resources, vendor contract negotiation, and budget preparation.
