Todd has more than 40 years of experience in real estate investments, development, renovations, sponsorship, business ownership, acquisition, with broad knowledge of construction, zoning, entitlement processes, asset analysis andinvestor relations.  He also co - formulated the initial business plan and strategy for Auto Clubhouse to develop multiple branded Auto Clubhouse locations in strategic markets across the US.  Prior to Auto Clubhouse, Todd spent 10 years focused on multifamily acquisition and ownership in the value-add space with a focus on property renovations and asset repositioning.  In this capacity, he acted as a GP deal sponsor and asset manager on behalf of investors, both private and institutional, for a portfolio at its largest of 15,000 units across the Southeast. Todd also has extensive experience from the development of a self-storage chain in Florida, consolidated under the brand, Stow-A-Way Self Storage with subsequent saleof assets to a national Storage REIT. The company continues to manage and own storage assets. He has also previously formed land bank investments with partners in key Florida markets to acquire and add value to commercial investment grade properties.  Todd has served on numerous business, banking and advisory boards and committees in Florida. He is a graduate of the University of Florida and Florida resident.

With over 18 years ofreal estate investment and ownership experience, Greg brings expertise in the areas of construction, project finance, deal underwriting and analysis.  Previous projects include value-add purchases in self-storage, conversions of existing warehouses to self-storage, Class B value-add Light Industrial, and single family residential renovation properties.   Greg graduated Bucknell University with a BS in Civil Engineering.

Andy has previously held multiple senior executive positions including the Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Innovation Officer at CITY Furniture.
Additionally Andy has started multiple successful companies including
Source, which is a talent management firm specializing in developers and
designers that was voted #193 on the Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies list in 2022. Andy graduated the University of Dayton with a BA in Entrepreneurship, Management & Marketing and also with an MBA in Finance.
